Human Resource Intern

This internship offers an opportunity to be a key part of the Human Resource Department, providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. The intern will contribute to administrative duties, recruitment efforts, and employee engagement activities, gaining practical experience in a dynamic environment.

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, managing new hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation programs.
2. Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) or equivalent systems, ensuring accurate and confidential employee data and records.
3. Provide general administrative support, handle correspondence, assist with payroll data, and contribute to various HR projects and senior management team support.
4. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training sessions, and company gatherings.
5. Support policy and compliance efforts by researching HR best practices, updating policies, and responding to basic employee inquiries.
6. Aid in researching, preparing, and facilitating training and development opportunities as needed.
7. Ensure Performance Evaluation Report (PER) templates are current and easily accessible.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or currently pursuing one, OR a completed Diploma in HRM.
2. Basic understanding of labor laws.
3. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

10. Previous experience in an HR role is an added advantage.
