Finance Manager/Accountant

The Finance Manager/Accountant will be a detail-oriented and strategic professional responsible for overseeing all financial operations. This includes managing financial reporting, maintaining precise ledger accounts, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions and foster organizational growth.

1. Oversee daily accounting tasks such as general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
2. Generate precise and timely financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Formulate, track, and evaluate company budgets, financial forecasts, and potential risk profiles.
4. Guarantee complete adherence to applicable tax laws, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and internal control policies.
5. Organize and facilitate external audits, preparing all required financial records.
6. Offer valuable financial insights and strategic advice to the senior management team.

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
2. Demonstrated experience in a finance manager, accountant, or comparable financial administration position.
3. Possess strong expertise in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite, along with advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
4. Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and financial analysis techniques.
5. Display exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
