The Frontier Pioneer School (TFPS) is a vibrant and expanding educational institution located in Kericho County, Kenya. Serving Kindergarten and Primary learners, TFPS is set to introduce a Junior Secondary School (JSS) for Grades 7-9, with optional boarding from Grade 4, starting in January 2027.

The Frontier Pioneer School (TFPS) is a vibrant and expanding educational institution in Kericho County, Kenya, along Kisumu Road. TFPS is seeking qualified, passionate, and results-driven professionals to join its team as it expands its learning community in 2027. Currently serving Kindergarten and Primary learners, TFPS will introduce a Junior Secondary School (JSS) for Grades 7–9, with optional boarding from Grade 4, starting in January 2027. Opportunities are available across all Kindergarten, Primary, and JSS campuses.

1. Deliver engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred instruction aligned with Kenya’s Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum and school standards.
2. Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans, assess learner progress, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement.
3. Nurture learner wellbeing, ensure safeguarding, promote character and co-curricular development, and collaborate professionally with colleagues and parents.
4. Actively contribute to a positive, high-performing school culture across all TFPS campuses.

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Passion for education and results-driven approach.
4. Ability to deliver instruction aligned with Kenya’s Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
5. Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with colleagues and parents.
