The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver customized energy solutions.

Fireside Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell solar power systems, hybrid energy solutions, backup power systems, and other renewable energy products. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver customized energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote solar energy and backup power solutions.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct site visits and energy needs assessments.
  4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  5. Manage customer relationships using CRM systems.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Coordinate installations with engineering teams.
  8. Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
  9. Participate in trade shows and marketing events.
  10. Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of solar energy products and power backup systems.
  3. Understanding of technical solution selling.
  4. Sales and negotiation.
  5. Customer relationship management.
  6. Presentation skills.
  7. Proposal preparation.
  8. Communication skills.
  9. CRM systems.
  10. Time management.
  11. Problem-solving.
  12. Business development.
  13. 2–4 years' experience in solar, electrical, or technical solution sales.
  14. Experience selling installation-based products or technical services.
  15. Experience in telecom, networking, or security systems sales is an added advantage.
