Job Description
The Deputy Nurse In-Charge for the Theatre unit at Valley Hospital plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations and maintaining exceptional patient care standards. Requirements
- Must be a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN).
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead capacity within a similar healthcare setting.
- Hold current registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya and a valid Practicing License.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound understanding of nursing practices and patient care protocols.
