Acacia EPZ is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal financial controls while supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure statutory and donor compliance.
- Manage financial controls and audits.
- Supervise finance operations.
- Support organizational financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance.
Requirements
- ICPAK Membership in good standing.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Master's Degree in Finance or related field (ongoing studies acceptable).
- NGO or donor-funded project experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
