Job Description
This role requires a dedicated individual to engage with customers, offer product expertise, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The associate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, managing sales processes, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting inventory management. Active participation in in-store events and brand activations is also expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, shade matching, and mini skin consultations.
- Process sales, maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and tester hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in stock counts and requisitions.
- Submit daily sales and closing reports on time.
- Support in-store events and brand activations.
Requirements
- Possess a BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, or KCSE qualification.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
