System Support Intern

1. Provide initial technical assistance to clients via phone and email.
2. Install, configure, and redeploy new and existing door lock systems on servers and workstations.
3. Ensure all hardware and software systems are maintained according to agreed standards.
4. Guide clients on the correct usage of software and hardware within hotel or organizational settings.
5. Perform minor repairs on hardware equipment and locks.
6. Stay updated with new technologies and industry developments.
7. Recommend justified system enhancements to improve functionality for clients.
8. Execute any other duties as assigned by the Support Manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of practical experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and system administration.
3. Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
4. Possession of a valid passport.
5. Must reside in Nairobi.
6. Fluency in French is considered an advantage.
7. Strong interpersonal and influencing communication skills.
8. Sound decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
9. A positive, proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset.
10. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively without direct supervision.
11. Quick technical aptitude to understand product components.
