Resort Supervisor/Hotel Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a resort located in Ruiru, ensuring high standards of guest service and efficient staff management. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating various teams, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

1. Supervise daily resort operations and service delivery standards.
2. Assign tasks to staff and monitor their attendance, appearance, and performance.
3. Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
4. Address and resolve guest complaints and service-related issues.
5. Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols within the resort.
6. Coordinate activities across kitchen, service, housekeeping, and other operational teams.
7. Monitor stock levels, report any shortages, losses, or maintenance requirements.
8. Compile daily operational reports and follow up on pending tasks.

1. Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including supervisory roles.
3. Demonstrated experience in events management.
4. Strong understanding of food and beverage service and guest relationship management.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exhibit high integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
7. Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
