Digital Product Lead

MOGO Kenya is a FinTech company operating in the Banking & Financial Services sector, founded in 2019. They provide financial solutions, particularly in lending.

The Digital Product & Experience Lead will define the product roadmap, build core analytics capabilities, and recruit a talented team to execute the digital strategy. This involves owning the digital product roadmap for Android applications, web, and payment journeys, and ensuring commercial results. The role also includes designing the complete lending journey from application to repayment, defining and implementing product analytics, funnel reporting, and A/B testing capabilities, and establishing a structured experimentation model across commercial, risk, and operations teams.

1. Own and drive the digital product roadmap for Android applications, web, and payment journeys, ensuring commercial success.
2. Design the complete end-to-end lending journey, from initial application through disbursement to final repayment.
3. Define and implement robust product analytics, funnel reporting, and A/B testing capabilities.
4. Establish and embed a structured experimentation model (hypothesis, experiment, measure, learn, scale) across commercial, risk, and operational teams.

1. At least 3 years of experience in digital product or product management, with a proven track record of delivering high-volume consumer products in financial services, payments, or e-commerce.
2. Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a customer-facing digital product, with measurable commercial outcomes.
3. Proficiency in product analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including event definition, funnel analysis, and independent A/B testing.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a history of driving results across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
