Mirema School, a Christian educational institution, is seeking confident, energetic, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors for its 2026/2027 Holiday Activation and Admissions Campaign. This position focuses on engaging potential parents, managing follow-ups, facilitating school visits, and conducting field activations to introduce families to Mirema School and assist them through the admissions journey.

1. Adhere to the assigned duty roster and supervisor instructions.
2. Contact prospective parents, respond to inquiries, and ensure consistent follow-up.
3. Participate in designated expos and other physical outreach activities.
4. Engage in rotational supermarket and mall activations every Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
5. Visit specified apartments on a rotational basis to install approved QR-code materials, securing necessary permissions.
6. Encourage interested parents to schedule school visits or register for Open Days.
7. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, field activities, and subsequent steps.
8. Professionally represent Mirema School and uphold its values in all interactions.

1. Possess clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
2. Hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
3. Be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
4. Demonstrate confidence in engaging prospective parents both in person and over the phone.
5. Exhibit good telephone and WhatsApp etiquette.
6. Show patience, active listening skills, and a helpful attitude.
7. Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Be able to work effectively within a team and meet reporting deadlines.
