Graduate Trainee: Software Engineering

1. Document, design, develop, and thoroughly test code to high standards.
2. Work within an agile environment, actively participating in ceremonies such as scrum, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
3. Adopt and integrate new engineering methods into work processes.
4. Develop technical depth and knowledge of products within the assigned team's domain.
5. Build expertise in a chosen field, whether Frontend or Backend development.

1. Experience in developing and/or consuming web services (REST).
2. Demonstrable knowledge of Backend Software Development in Java.
3. Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning.
4. A credible Git portfolio on GitHub, Bitbucket, or another public repository.
5. Minimum of a Diploma majoring in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
6. Candidates who have completed tertiary education and are awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company data and intellectual property.
9. Self-motivation to grow as a software engineer.
