Job Description

Eshe is seeking a highly driven Partnership Manager to build its strategic partnership network from the ground up. The role involves identifying strategic partners, initiating executive-level meetings, driving negotiations, and closing partnership agreements. The successful candidate will manage the full partnership cycle from lead generation to signed contracts and help build a sustainable growth pipeline for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
  2. Initiate and manage high-level stakeholder meetings.
  3. Drive negotiations and close partnership agreements.
  4. Prepare pitch decks and commercial proposals.
  5. Manage partnership pipelines and CRM tracking.
  6. Represent the company in online and in-person executive meetings.
  7. Support company growth and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in partnerships, business development, key account management, or B2B sales.
  2. Fluent in English and Swahili.
  3. Based in Nairobi.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Experience handling executive-level engagements.
  6. CRM or pipeline management experience.
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively.
  8. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
