Sales & Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on clients and business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Support marketing campaigns and social media activities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing marketing events and promotions
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
