IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER INTERN

Interintel Technologies is recruiting an Implementation Engineer Intern to support the design, implementation and deployment of scalable software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, project managers and system administrators to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions while contributing to the development of modern software applications.

1. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to understand client requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
2. Assist in designing scalable software architectures and contribute to the implementation of enterprise software solutions.
3. Develop robust backend applications and automation tools using Python programming language.
4. Participate in software testing, unit testing, debugging and code review activities to improve software quality.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance and maintainability.
6. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Project Managers and System Administrators during project implementation.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new technologies, algorithms and software products.
8. Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides and project reports to support software deployment activities.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field.
2. Good programming skills in Python with the ability to build scalable software applications.
3. Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs and system implementation concepts.
4. Knowledge of unit testing, code reviews and software quality assurance practices.
5. Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents or Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
6. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary technical teams.
8. Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and deliver assigned tasks within project timelines.
