COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Develop community engagement strategies
- Build relationships with local communities and government stakeholders
- Coordinate stakeholder forums and community meetings
- Manage complaints and grievance resolution
- Oversee Tatu City Labour Desk operations
- Support workforce development programs
- Monitor labour compliance among contractors
- Prepare community impact and engagement reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Community Development, Public Relations, Social Sciences, HR, Communications or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in community relations, labour coordination or stakeholder engagement
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing community programs and labour initiatives
