Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in NGO, donor-funded projects, M&E, communications, or impact reporting
- Strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent storytelling, report writing and donor communication skills
- Experience managing partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills
