Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a leading agricultural enterprise for an experienced Agronomist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving production efficiency, maintaining high crop quality, managing irrigation systems effectively, and optimizing yields across various production farms. This opportunity is particularly suited for an agronomy professional with strong practical experience in cultivating fine beans and tenderstems, especially within export-oriented agricultural operations.

1. Hold a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a closely related field.
2. Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in agronomy.
3. Demonstrate proven practical experience with fine beans and tenderstems cultivation.
4. Have experience supporting either open-field or greenhouse production systems.
5. Possess knowledge of GlobalGAP compliance, safe chemical usage, and phytosanitary standards.
6. Exhibit a strong understanding of crop management, soil science, irrigation techniques, and quality control.
