Job Description
This role involves independently managing various in-vitro fertilization (IVF) cases, including ICSI, PGT-A, and PGT-M. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing essential embryology procedures and ensuring the IVF laboratory adheres to high-quality standards. Collaboration with fertility specialists and the clinical team is crucial for treatment planning and continuous improvement of embryology practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage IVF, ICSI, PGT-A, and PGT-M cases.
- Perform core embryology procedures such as oocyte handling, sperm preparation, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo assessment and grading.
- Maintain IVF laboratory quality standards, including compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurate documentation, equipment monitoring, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with fertility specialists and the clinical team to support treatment planning, optimize laboratory outcomes, and continuously improve embryology practices.
Requirements
- Hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- Possess 5-8 years of experience independently managing IVF, ICSI, PGT-A, and PGT-M cases.
