Job Description
The Kenya Medical Association Sacco (KMA RNWDT SACCO) is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for full-time Sales Executive positions. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in contributing to the SACCO's growth by actively promoting its financial products and services, cultivating strong relationships with both prospective and current members, and recruiting new members throughout various regions in Kenya. The role is designed to support the achievement of specific sales and membership recruitment targets across designated areas including Rift Valley, Nyanza, South Nyanza, South Rift, Western, Coast, Central, Upper Eastern, and Lower Eastern.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive SACCO membership growth and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members.
- Actively promote the SACCO's products and services to target audiences.
- Support the achievement of established sales and membership recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational institution.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing or a related field is considered an added advantage.
