StoreKeeper

The StoreKeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting procurement operations within the hospitality environment.

1. Possess at least 3 years of relevant Storekeeper experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operation.
2. Hold a Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
3. Demonstrate good practical knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
4. Have experience with receiving, storage, and issuing procedures.
5. Be experienced in working with LPOs, GRNs, requisitions, invoices, and stock documentation.
6. Have hands-on experience using materials or inventory management systems.
7. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
8. Exhibit strong numerical ability.
9. Be able to reconcile physical stock against system records.
10. Possess strong planning and organisational skills.
11. Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving capability.
12. Show strong attention to detail.
13. Exercise sound judgment and common sense.
14. Have good written and verbal communication skills.
15. Be able to work effectively with Finance, Procurement, Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other operational teams.
16. Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
17. Be willing to work hands-on within stores and receiving areas, including handling and moving goods where required.
