Job Description
CENEC is expanding operations into Kenya and seeks a Volunteer Program Coordinator to lead program implementation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and fundraising support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs.
- Build partnerships with CSOs, government agencies, and communities.
- Manage project reports and M&E data.
- Represent the organization in meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Support proposal development and fundraising.
- Ensure safeguarding and organizational compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience in NGO program coordination or management.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience in WASH, environment, or community development preferred.
- Must be based in Kenya.
