Sales Representative (Animal Feeds)

The client, an animal feeds manufacturing company, is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to significantly boost sales and expand their customer base across the Mt. Kenya region. This role involves the proactive promotion and sale of animal feed products to a diverse clientele, including individual farmers, agrovet outlets, dealers, and distributors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.

1. Promote and sell animal feed products to farmers, agrovet outlets, dealers, and distributors.
2. Identify and cultivate new customer relationships and business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat orders.
4. Achieve set sales targets and diligently follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
5. Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports.

1. Proven experience in a similar sales role within the animal feeds industry, specifically in the Mt. Kenya region.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the Mt. Kenya region's market, routes, and customer networks.
3. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
4. Capability to work autonomously and undertake extensive travel within the designated region.
