Internship Description
The IT Graduate Trainee will support the hospital's information technology department by contributing to software development, system maintenance, and project coordination. This entry-level position focuses on assisting with coding, testing, and gathering business requirements, as well as supporting agile project management and IT service desk operations.
What You Will Do
- Assist in developing clean, testable code and resolving software defects.
- Support software design processes and contribute to code reviews.
- Aid in the deployment, updating, and routine maintenance of IT systems.
- Help document system workflows, policies, and user guides.
- Support the tracking of project timelines, sprint objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in managing and coordinating user IT service desk requests, ensuring timely feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
- Ability to provide software and hardware support.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, and C++.
- Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
