Key Responsibilities
- CCTV monitoring and surveillance
- Loss prevention and shrinkage control
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Evidence management

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in CCTV monitoring and investigations
- Experience in a multi-branch retail environment
- Experience in loss prevention and shrinkage investigations
- Experience preparing incident and management reports
- Familiarity with retail operations, stock control, and cash handling
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
