Dispatch and Receiving Officer
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years experience in receiving, dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations
- Good understanding of receiving and dispatch procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and email communication
- Experience in wholesale, distribution or FMCG environment
- Ability to identify discrepancies in deliveries and receiving documents
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
