Job Description
NIBS is seeking a passionate Hospitality Management Trainer to equip students with practical hospitality skills, customer service excellence, hotel operations knowledge, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality and hotel management training
- Prepare lesson plans and practical learning sessions
- Assess student performance and competency
- Mentor students on hospitality industry standards
- Support curriculum implementation and development
- Ensure learners gain practical workplace skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management OR
- Diploma in Hospitality Management plus TVET Diploma
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Industry experience is an added advantage
