Job Description
Mediforte Hospital is looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Kisii Town. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and sales activities aimed at increasing patient volume, building strong community relationships, and promoting Mediforte Hospital's comprehensive range of healthcare services.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our reach within Kisii and the surrounding regions, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring Mediforte Hospital remains a preferred healthcare provider. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and visibility of a reputable medical institution in the Kenyan healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and patient needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, community leaders, and referral sources.
• Organize and participate in health camps, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Manage and update the hospital's digital marketing platforms, including social media and website content.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to effectively promote specialized medical services and health packages.
• Identify and engage with potential partners to expand Mediforte Hospital's network and patient base.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in a busy hospital
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in outreach, sales, and patient acquisition
