Job Description
Moringa School is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across consumer and enterprise markets. The role will oversee marketing, sales, product go-to-market, partnerships, employer engagement, and expansion across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial strategy and revenue growth.
- Drive student acquisition and enrollment targets.
- Lead marketing and brand positioning.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new programs.
- Build partnerships with employers, corporates, and foundations.
- Expand B2B and B2C business opportunities.
- Improve graduate placement outcomes.
- Support Pan-African expansion strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years progressive commercial leadership experience.
- Experience leading large marketing and sales functions.
- Strong background in revenue growth and business scaling.
- Experience in B2B and B2C business models.
- Experience in technology, fintech, digital consumer, edtech or similar sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
