Job Description
The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit management, including monitoring debtor aging, outstanding balances, and payment trends. The role requires implementing effective collection strategies and credit policies, coordinating closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. A key objective is to significantly reduce overdue accounts while preserving positive customer relationships. Candidates with prior experience in credit management within the telematics, technology, or IoT solutions industry will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer credit risk and collection activities.
- Monitor debtor aging, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
- Implement effective collection strategies and credit policies.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Reduce overdue accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Finance.
- CPA or other equivalent professional qualification.

- 7 years of proven experience in credit management.
- Strong knowledge of credit control, financial analysis, and ERP systems.
- Project management skills are preferred.
- Experience in the telematics, technology, or IoT solutions industry is highly preferred.
