Stalite Systems is actively recruiting motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join its team. Successful candidates will be tasked with increasing sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and consistently meeting established sales targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial/institutional supplies.
- Have a valid driving license or be willing to travel for client visits.
- Be comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate good command of both written and spoken English and Swahili.
