Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to execute comprehensive laboratory testing on glaze, pulp/slurry, and various ceramic raw materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying that all materials comply with the necessary quality standards, thereby playing a crucial role in maintaining efficient and high-quality production operations within the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials.
  2. Test key parameters including density, viscosity, moisture content, and fineness.
  3. Prepare samples and perform all laboratory tests in strict adherence to established procedures.
  4. Accurately record, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
  5. Identify and promptly report any materials that do not meet the required quality specifications.
  6. Provide support to the production team in identifying and resolving issues related to material quality.
  7. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure a clean working environment, and properly store all samples.
  8. Comply with all laboratory safety procedures and ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

  1. Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related field.
  2. Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and sample preparation.
  4. Exhibit strong accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  5. Possess the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
