React Developer

Work within Betalab under the Partnership and Digital department to identify requirements, design and develop solutions (database design, workflows, user/data interfaces, integrations) and offer technical support for Betalab solutions.

1. Develop responsive, interactive, and accessible user interfaces using React.js.
2. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement new features.
3. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
5. Integrate with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and manage application state effectively (Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries).
6. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
7. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues in a timely manner.
9. Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and frontend development.
3. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap, etc.).
4. Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Context API, etc.).
5. Experience integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL.
6. Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
7. Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
