Responsible for supporting cost optimization, inventory management, supplier payments and financial reporting while ensuring financial controls and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production, inventory and operational costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform stock control and variance analysis.
- Participate in stock takes.
- Prepare production budgets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Process employee claims.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely supplier payments.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with payment procedures.
- Maintain ERP financial records.
- Support costing of imported materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management or related field.
- CPA Part II (or equivalent).
- Minimum two (2) years experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cost accounting
- Inventory management
- ERP systems
- Financial analysis
- Accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
