Product Manager

NestVest is building a technology-driven real estate sales, leasing, property management and investment advisory platform.

NestVest is developing a technology-driven platform for real estate sales, leasing, property management, and investment advisory. The company seeks a proactive Product Manager to manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining business requirements to launching, testing, and optimizing products. This role is highly collaborative, requiring direct engagement with the Sales team to address lead management challenges, discussions with developers regarding data and API logic, and analysis of conversion data with the Marketing team.

1. Design and plan product modules, converting business and user needs into detailed PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process flows, while managing a prioritized product backlog.
2. Perform competitor analysis, user research, and data reviews to create iteration plans that enhance conversion rates, lead quality, and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Website Operations, and Marketing teams, conducting requirement reviews, monitoring delivery, and ensuring release quality.
4. Develop and maintain product metrics, utilizing data to pinpoint bottlenecks within the sales funnel, from visitor to closing.
5. Gather user feedback from Sales, Rental, and customers, transforming it into practical product enhancements and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
6. Oversee key product areas such as the property listing system, search and filter functionalities, enquiry forms, viewing booking, CRM lead workflow, rental pipeline, and marketing landing pages.

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
2. Possess a minimum of 2 years of practical product management experience, ideally within an internet, SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce product setting.
3. Demonstrate strong proficiency in using Figma or Axure for creating wireframes, prototypes, and requirement documentation.
4. Be comfortable with Excel and data analysis, including the ability to review funnel data, conversion rates, and perform basic SQL-style queries.
5. Have proven experience managing a product feature from its initial discovery phase through launch and subsequent post-release optimization.
6. Exhibit excellent cross-team communication skills and strong project follow-through, with the ability to influence decisions without formal authority.
7. Possess strong user-centric thinking and sound business judgment, capable of balancing user desires, business needs, and development feasibility.
8. Experience in real estate, PropTech, CRM systems, lead-generation websites, or marketplaces is preferred.
9. Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution is a plus.
10. A basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and web product development processes is advantageous.
11. A portfolio or case studies showcasing previous product work and measurable outcomes are desirable.
