Job Description
Orient is looking for a freelance 3D Visualizer to join their team on an on-demand basis, supporting various construction and interior design projects. The role involves transforming design concepts and drawings into realistic 3D visualisations, which will be used for client presentations and project proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality interior and exterior renders.
- Transform concepts, drawings, and designs into realistic visualisations.
- Develop renders for client presentations and project proposals.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and project teams.
- Refine visualisations based on project and client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 3D visualisation and rendering.
- A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior projects.
- Proficiency in relevant 3D design and rendering software.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial design.
- Ability to deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Availability to work on a freelance or on-demand basis.
- Possession of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
