The successful candidate will lead hospitality teams, ensure operational excellence, maintain quality standards, and support continuous service improvement within a luxury hospitality environment.

1. Supervise restaurant, buffet, and bar operations.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate service teams.
3. Coordinate food service with kitchen departments.
4. Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
5. Monitor food and beverage quality.
6. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
7. Supervise beverage service and inventory.
8. Handle guest complaints professionally.
9. Train and mentor hospitality staff.
10. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
11. Prepare operational reports.
12. Support VIP guest services and special events.

1. Relevant hospitality qualification.
2. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
