Job Description
The successful candidate will represent the lounge both physically and across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement
- Track performance insights and suggest improvement ideas
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- At least 12 months experience in hospitality (lounge/bar preferred)
- Experience in social media management
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Sales and retail experience is an added advantage
- POS knowledge is a plus
- Honest, responsible, and able to multitask
