Inventory and Sourcing Officer

The Inventory and Sourcing Officer will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management and accurate record-keeping for phones, appliances, and accessories. This role involves coordinating stock, sourcing products at competitive prices, verifying incoming deliveries, and distributing items to various branches promptly. The officer will also conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records to ensure precision.

1. Plan and coordinate stock levels for phones, appliances, and accessories.
2. Source appropriate products at optimal prices.
3. Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming stock.
4. Distribute stock to various branches efficiently and on schedule.
5. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain up-to-date inventory records.

1. Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management, stores, or supply chain operations.
3. Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication abilities.
4. Be proficient with numbers, with experience in Excel or Zoho being an advantage.
5. Exhibit strong organizational skills, honesty, and attention to detail.
6. Be comfortable with fieldwork within Nairobi.
