Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist

As an Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are stored carefully and packaged precisely to prevent damage during transit. Your attention to detail will help ensure items like food, sporting goods, toys, and medical devices arrive in perfect condition, contributing to important moments in people's lives.

1. Receive, inspect, and verify inventory against shipping and receiving documentation.
2. Process inventory receipts, transfers, replenishments, and dispatch transactions within the inventory control system.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are correctly transacted and documented.
4. Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
5. Investigate inventory discrepancies, report findings, and coordinate corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
6. Reconcile inventory balances across warehouse management systems, databases, and physical stock holdings.
7. Ensure adherence to FIFO and other applicable inventory rotation principles in accordance with customer and operational requirements.
8. Replenish materials and inventory locations as required and receive completed products/devices into inventory.
9. Fulfill material requisitions and independent inventory demands in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Prepare and process receipt and dispatch documentation accurately and within required timelines.
11. Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming goods in designated warehouse locations.

1. 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally in Air Logistics Warehousing.
2. Initial experience in decision-making and problem-solving skills.
3. Fluency in the local language and advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
4. A Degree or Diploma in Freight Forwarding is preferred.
5. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
6. Initial expertise in customer management, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
7. Advanced communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to different stakeholders.
