Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by actively recruiting new members and growing the Society's product portfolio. This includes presenting and promoting various products and services to both existing and potential members. A key aspect of the role is ensuring effective customer service that consistently meets member expectations. The representative will also be tasked with developing timely sales proposals, presentations, and reports, and coordinating sales efforts with other team members and departments. Gathering member feedback at networking events is crucial for generating leads and improving offerings. Additionally, the role involves participating in marketing activities and events, analyzing territory and market potential, and tracking sales progress through status reports.

1. Achieve monthly sales targets through member recruitment and growth of the Society’s portfolio.
2. Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
3. Maintain effective customer service that meets members’ expectations.
4. Develop sales proposals, presentations, and reports on time.
5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
6. Collect member feedback at networking forums to generate leads and improve products and services.
7. Participate in marketing activities and events.
8. Analyze territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
9. Perform any other lawful duties as assigned.

1. Hold a Diploma in a business-related field or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
2. A relevant degree and membership in a relevant professional body are considered advantageous.
3. Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar sales position.
