Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, from initial cost estimates and budgeting to procurement and final account settlement. This role involves applying strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality, contributing to the creation of sophisticated and well-crafted spaces.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Possess professional membership with relevant bodies such as IQSK or BORAQS.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of practical experience in quantity surveying.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of various construction methods and materials.
- Possess excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Display strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
