Job Description
Africa MICE Hub is seeking a passionate and analytical Research Officer to support industry research, data analysis, and development of insights within Africa’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and trend analysis
- Develop insights and industry briefs
- Support the growth of Africa’s MICE knowledge ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Research, Statistics, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Experience in research, data analysis, or policy work
- Proficiency in research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software
- Knowledge of the MICE, tourism, or business events industry is an added advantage
