Marketing Representative

Ebony Estates is a leading real estate firm in Kenya, offering premium property solutions including residential, commercial, and investment properties. They also provide comprehensive property management services to ensure optimal returns for their clients.

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for actively promoting Ebony Estates' diverse property portfolio, which includes residential and commercial properties. This role involves generating qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and guiding them through the property selection process. Key activities include executing digital marketing strategies, diligently following up on client inquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings, and collaborating effectively with both the sales and property management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

1. Market available residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp, and other suitable channels.
2. Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices, and availability up to date.
3. Respond promptly to inquiries, understand clients’ requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
4. Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
5. Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents, and referral partners.
6. Track inquiries, viewings, and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity and results.
7. Support marketing campaigns, property events, and other sales activities.

1. Demonstrated sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign execution.
3. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Good organization and the ability to follow through on client inquiries.
