Job Description
The Regional Sales Representative will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficient daily operations of Nanjoya Trading Limited. Responsibilities include actively promoting company products, expanding the customer base, managing customer orders, quotations, and deliveries, and diligently maintaining accurate records for invoices, receipts, and payments, in addition to other assigned duties relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products and activate the customer base.
- Handle customer orders, quotations, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the job as assigned.
Requirements
- Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Business, Sales, Accounting, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, stores, accounts, or the agribusiness sector is not a prerequisite; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong numerical and record-keeping skills, with computer proficiency (Excel, Word) being an added advantage.
- Demonstrate honesty, organization, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit good communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- Be based in, or willing to work from, Kwale, Kilifi, or Mombasa.
