Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery Ltd is offering a three-month Marketing & Communications Internship. This role is designed for motivated, organized, and enthusiastic recent graduates eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in marketing, communications, campaign execution, and brand activations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

1. Support the Marketing team with daily marketing activities and campaign execution.
2. Assist in coordinating the distribution of marketing and branding materials to various branches.
3. Liaise with branches and suppliers regarding requests, timelines, and deliveries.
4. Help organize and coordinate events, promotional activities, and brand activations.
5. Provide support with supplier quotations, invoices, and other marketing documentation.
6. Assist in coordinating the dispatch and collection of marketing materials.
7. Maintain and update marketing trackers, timelines, and activity lists.
8. Monitor pending activities and report any delays or issues to the Marketing team.
9. Offer general administrative, communication, and coordination support to the Marketing team.

1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communications, or a related academic field.
2. Be a recent graduate seeking practical experience in marketing and communications.
3. Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Demonstrate good organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
5. Be proactive, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
6. Capable of following up on tasks and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
7. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
8. Prior internship experience or exposure to marketing, communications, events, or brand activations is an advantage.
