Job Description

This role will ensure implementation of related strategies, policies, processes and procedures that drive seamless efficiencies in reward & payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management and exit management to achieve overall HR strategy and the organizations objectives. This position manages a direct reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage talent cycle areas aligned to HR service delivery.
  2. Monitor and report in the talent cycle areas.
  3. Ensure implementation of related strategies, policies, processes and procedures that drive seamless efficiencies in reward & payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management and exit management.
  4. Manage a direct reporting team.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a degree in a related field.
  2. Professional membership (IHRM) and a valid Practicing certificate.
  3. At least five (5) years hands-on experience as a generalist in HR management.
