Job Description
WWF is an independent conservation organization dedicated to sustaining the natural world for the benefit of people and ecosystems. The People and Culture department aims to foster a positive culture and working environment by embedding network values, developing robust P&C standards, policies, and platforms, and creating an optimal environment for staff to maximize their contributions to conservation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage global employment contracts and associated documents for candidates.
- Maintain and update global contract templates and annexes for all locations, coordinating local contract finalization with hosting offices.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including e-files, contract addendums, changes, and specific administrative enrollments.
- Serve as the primary contact for insurance-related inquiries, follow up on cases, communicate with staff and the P&C Community, and organize awareness sessions.
- Coordinate work permit requests and renewals for Secretariat staff with third-party providers.
- Act as a backup for the HRIS super user, providing regular reports and dashboards.
- Provide backup support for payroll in the absence of the Specialist, Payroll, and assist with payroll processes as needed.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects related to Employee Services activities.
Requirements
- Hold a commercial diploma in Human Resources.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in HR within a complex global environment with multiple stakeholders and diverse policies.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Exhibit a strong customer focus and ability to operate independently.
- Be a team player with initiative.
- Show diplomacy and the ability to handle various situations and confidential issues.
- Possess strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
- Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Possess advanced knowledge of social media tools and online learning tools.
- Be fluent in English, with a very good working knowledge of French being an advantage.
- Show interest in conservation and WWF's work.
