NestVest, a rapidly growing property platform in Nairobi, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to convert inquiries into successful deals for their rental and resale properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, including arranging property viewings, presenting listings to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, and finalizing transactions.

1. Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
2. Actively promote and present verified property listings to generate interest and achieve conversions.
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
4. Negotiate offers and guide clients through the process to ensure successful deal closures.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and accurate logging.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets for both rental and property resale transactions.

1. Must be between 24 and 30 years of age, as per company policy.
2. Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience in real estate, specifically in residential sales, lettings, or property marketing.
3. Demonstrate excellent sales execution abilities, including being organized, persistent, and results-driven.
4. Have strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with Kiswahili being an added advantage.
5. Be self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission and target-based structure.
6. A valid driving license and access to personal transport within Nairobi (Kilimani area) is beneficial.
7. Must be able to commute to Kilimani, Nairobi.
