Job Description
The AMO Technical Records Officer is responsible for ensuring the proper accounting, review, and processing of maintenance work packs. This includes accurately capturing relevant maintenance information in the AMO's planning and records system and generating Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) in compliance with Skyward AMO procedures and KCAA requirements.
Requirements
- Technical qualifications in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance records or technical records administration within an AMO is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of applicable aviation technical records and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical records and documentation control skills.
- Understanding of AMO procedures, KCAA requirements, and aviation record-keeping standards (Regulatory Compliance).
- Proficiency in ICT and systems for capturing, retrieving, and managing technical information using electronic records and maintenance systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
